1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by RaceFin LLP, including Contact Point Verification (CPV), Post-Disbursement Activities (PDA), and Background Verification services. By engaging with RaceFin LLP, the client agrees to abide by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

RaceFin LLP provides CPV, PDA, and verification services as agreed upon in the work order or proposal shared with the client. The scope, pricing, and timelines will be mutually agreed before project initiation.

3. Service Delivery

All verifications and field activities will be conducted as per client requirements and within agreed turnaround times (TAT). Reports will be shared via official email or the designated client portal. RaceFin ensures accuracy and confidentiality in every report generated.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 15–30 days of invoice submission, unless otherwise agreed. Delayed payments beyond the due date may attract interest of 1.5% per month. No refund will be applicable once the verification has been initiated.

5. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

RaceFin LLP follows strict confidentiality standards. Any data, documents, or information shared by clients will be used solely for verification purposes. RaceFin complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws of India.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information for verification. RaceFin is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data shared by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

RaceFin LLP shall not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. The company’s total liability will not exceed the total service fee paid for that particular project.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Any pending dues shall be cleared before termination is finalized.

10. Force Majeure

RaceFin LLP shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, network failures, etc.).

11. Amendment

RaceFin LLP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to clients via email or official notice.

12. Acceptance

By engaging with RaceFin LLP, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
